RATES AND RESERVATION INFORMATION
Both Blue House and Blue House Cottage include garden and direct access to deck and beach

$250/day (3 days minimum)
$1500/week
$130/day (2 days minimum)
$800/week
Accomodation
BLUE HOUSE - Sleeping accommodations 1 kingbed + 2 twins + 1 double sleep sofa (single cot available for library)
BLUE HOUSE COTTAGE- 1 double bed + single cot available
Terms and Conditions
- $250 to $750 security bond, refundable after guest departure due on arrival
- 50% deposit required on booking
- Remaining 50% due 4 weeks prior to arrival
- Cleaning fee - $40 for cottage, $80 for house, $100 for both
- A fee will be charged for reservation cancellations
- Cash, cheques, bank transfers and email transfers accepted
- Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate animals or in-house smokers
- Both Blue House and Blue House Cottage include garden and direct access to deck and beach
