May through October$ 2500/month

SLEEPING ACCOMODATION 1 kingsize bed in Master Bedroom and 1 double bed in Second Bedroom

- All rental prices are quoted and payable in US dollars

- $750 security bond, refundable after guest departure

- 50% deposit required on booking(balance plus bond payable on first day of stay)

- $80 cleaning fee, deducted from security bond

- A fee will be charged for reservation cancellations

- Cash, cheques, and email money transfers accepted

Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate animals or in-house smokers
